Mark Roth Plastic Ball Championship Ball Auction in Progress

Would you like to own a piece of bowling history? As Jason Thomas reports today, OnTheBallBowling.com is auctioning off on eBay balls used by the following all-star participants in the 2011 Mark Roth Plastic Ball Championship held in Cheektowaga, NY this last March 2-6: Walter Ray Williams Jr., Jason Belmonte, Bill O’Neill, Tommy Jones, Kelly Kulick, Mika Koivuniemi, Rhino Page, Tom Baker, and Danny Wiseman.

The bidding, beginning yesterday and continuing until Sunday, April 10 at 8 PM Eastern, starts at $100, and the after cost proceeds will be evenly divided among the following charities: The Bowling Foundation, The Bowlers to Veterans Link (BVL), Bowl for the Cure (Susan G. Komen / Breast Cancer), The International Museum and Hall of Fame, and the Youth Education Services Fund (YES).
